MARIANA MUREDDU

Mariana Mureddu Gilabert earned her law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and holds a Doctorate in Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

Dr. Mureddu Gilabert boasts a distinguished legal career spanning 31 years of public service. She served 21 years within the Federal Judiciary, which included four years as a Magistrate of the Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Tribunal. Subsequently, she served for 10 years as a Magistrate of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, totaling 14 years of experience presiding on the bench.

She specializes in administrative law, health law, administrative procedural law, and constitutional protection proceedings. A prolific legal scholar, she has co-authored several works published by Tirant Lo Blanch, including Forensic Mental Health, The New Amparo Trial, Commented Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, and Tax Law and Human Rights. She is also the author of the book Legal Regulation of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and serves as the director of the "Law and Health" collection for the same publisher.

Dr. Mureddu Gilabert is a certified mediator (Registration No. 86) by the State Center for Mediation, Conciliation, and Restorative Justice of the Judiciary of the State of Mexico.
