Miriam Fernández is an attorney licensed in Spain and specialized in corporate, family offices and startups in Spain, Portugal and Malta. Her corporate and international tax expertise has helped hundreds of foreign companies establish business in these jurisdictions.

Miriam also represents many family offices with tax, M&A, corporate and finance matters including due diligence of target companies.

Miriam obtained a Law Degree (J.D.) from Universidad de Vigo in 2004, and a Master in Tax Advice at the Center for Financial Studies (Centro de Estudios Financieros) in 2005.
