Gerardo focuses on infrastructure, energy and corporate matters including Public Private Partnerships, government procurement and public policy.

Gerardo obtained his law degree from the ITAM University in Mexico City in 2002.

Gerardo has lectured and authored on many energy infrastructure topics.   He was legal advisor to the WEC – Mexican Chapter from 2004 to 2007.

Gerardo is licensed in Mexico. Fluent in Spanish and English.
