Diego is in charge of general tax law matters, federal and local litigation, and national and international tax compliance consulting.

Prior to his partnership with Cuevas Abogados, he worked for several years for some of the most prestigious law firms in Mexico City, such as Calvo, González Luna, Moreno y Revilla, where his professional practice focused mainly on general tax law matters, both in its federal and local litigation aspect, as well as in national and international tax consulting.

He has attended various alternative dispute resolution procedures before the Taxpayer Defense Office.

Additionally, he has carried out tax consulting in relation to the formation and redesign of business groups, sale of companies, assets, acquisitions and sales of real estate, and the design and review of daily operations.
