Carlos Loperena

Carlos specializes in domestic and international commercial arbitration, acting as arbitrator, counsel, and expert witness on Mexican law before foreign courts. He has participated in proceedings under the rules of major global institutions, including the ICC, AAA, LCIA, and CANACO.

His international standing is recognized by his tenure as a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and his 20+ years on the Advisory Council of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration. He also teaches Arbitration at Universidad Panamericana and has been a visiting professor at the University of Florida.
